Page speed is how quickly a page loads and responds for real visitors. Google measures it with Core Web Vitals from Chrome field data: Largest Contentful Paint for loading, Interaction to Next Paint for responsiveness and Cumulative Layout Shift for visual stability, each judged at the 75th percentile of page visits.
